Goddess Training: Day 30 – Progress Check

Today marks the 30th day for my #GoddessTraining, and I have so much reflection. First I will provide you with a progress check of my efforts for fitness and the work involved. Then I want to talk about something that has been weighing on my mind for about a week now. Personally, Day 30 is a

Goddess Training: Day 28 and 29 – Changing it up and Costumes

Yesterday, Day 28, I was super sick and stuck in bed all day. It wasn’t from any flu, and DEFINITELY not from alcohol, body just said – no not today. It wasn’t like I didn’t have stuff to do, however I did think quite a bit about my blog here and the work efforts there.

Goddess Training: Day 21

#Wine – well only 2 glasses. And it was good wine. Great meal and great conversation with a great friend for his 40th Birthday. Tonight was lovely because I got to hang out with some great people. That was following a day where I finished a 6″ by 12″ of my chain mail! My hand

Goddess Training: Day 20

Costume work only today. Today was all about finalizing how to do some things in my design. Specifically around foundational garments. I had to research how to do something, and I am afraid I will screw it up. I think it is perfectly natural to feel this sense of fear when taking on a new project.

Goddess Training: Day 19

Every goddess should have 2 things in their diet: Champagne (Pink or plain) AND Macaroons. I don’t care who you are… they are a fuel of creativity. Yes, I had both tonight. I indulged (6 total) before I said nope no more Lady Yum Macaroons reminiscing about Toulouse and the Violet flavored Macaroon I experienced! …

Goddess Training: Day 18

Today was a light day. Fitness: Danced today and stretched. Not much by way of heavy sweating. Stretching felt super good however. Research: Ordered some books for special prop related things. Hopefully I will be able to adequately program some remote items. It’s important to understand what the end result is needed for that programming.

Goddess Training: Day 16

Today’s theme is back to basics. It is now September and it is time to think of that time to educate one’s self and hunker down with those projects and goals that are needed for indoor activities. I am going to be a bit more quite that I normally am as I have quite the

Goddess Training: Day 15

Today, being a holiday, I didn’t think about anything fitness or nutrition wise. I was careful yes, mindful yes, but yes I did have ice cream and yes I fell asleep soon after eating said ice cream. Tomorrow, Tuesday, will be back on the strictness. And I am not feeling guilty for these life decisions. Costume

Goddess Training: Day 13

Today I report only on the costuming piece and act profile. No fitness today as it was a travel day. On the plane ride home from Edmonton I wrote the act intro for my act. I gotta say it is special. Something that worries me always though is that I give the intro and they

Goddess Training: Day 8

I find it funny that this whole project will take 9 months to do! I feel like the work being put in it is creating a child. This isn’t a manifestation or an evolution of self, but rather a revolution of creativity, and that takes time to build. Building the skills, and allocating time is
